Description for Use:-

Firstly,open Desi Treat Soya Chaap (500gm) can than put inside.

Step1: Prepare marination:Thick cream 200gm,hung curd 100chaap-10-12 ginger paste-2-3tablespoon, Add 2 tablespoon Afgjani Soya Chaap masala.

Step2: Marinate the chaap: just put this marination to chapp and after putting it in the bowl just sprinkle  refind oil and top of it and leave it atleast for 2-3 hrs,will not harm if you leave it overnight rather will make soft and delicious.

Step3: Go Tandoori Way: just peirce skewers and put inside preheated oven(should have been preheated at 180degree for atleast 15-20minutes) and heat the chaaps for atleast 15-20minutes(this 15-20minutes vary , depending on your model of oven)

Firstly , open Desi Treat Soya Chaap(500gm can.Remove Soya Chaap from stick and cut it into  1-1.5inches chunks and ingrediesnt of the marinade, add 1.5 table spoon of Malai Soya Chaap Masala and rub chunks, cover the bowl and keep this bowl into refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.Now to make Malai Gravy.


Grind together dry coconut and almonds,Keep them aside.Heat 1 tbsp of oil in pan and add chopped onion.


Saute the onions till these are light pink in color and add 2 tbsp of Malai Soya Chaap Masala and ground coconut, cook it for 2-3 minutes in slow heat till coconut is slightly toasted  and fragrant.Now add morinated soya  pieces  and cook everything for 3-4 minutes on sloe heat  while stirring it contineously . Firstly ,open Desi Treat Soya Chaap(500gm) can then cut soya chaap into 3 pieces.
Heat oil on medium flame, the put soya chaap pieces on it,and fry it till golden brown,take out the fried pieces of soya chaap into plate and keep aside.in a blender blend tomato ,ginger and chili to make a fine paste.In a seperate work heat oil the add cumin seeds, when it start crackling add onion and fry till translucent. Add tomato, ginger , green chilli paste then add turmeric powder 40gm Desi Treat Gravy Soya Chaap Masala, saute until oil starts seperating from masala.

  • Take one  neat bowl for preparing the marination for pieces, now put water ginger and garlic pastes, maida in a bowl and mix well, now added 1.5 table spoon of tandoori soya chaap masala and mix , put all pieces in  same bowl mix it well with material till the nuggest are completely covered with marinating material leave it for 10-15 minutes.
