Malai Soya Chaap Masala


 DESCRIPTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR USE

Firstly , open Desi Treat Soya Chaap(500gm can.Remove Soya Chaap from stick and cut it into  1-1.5inches chunks and ingrediesnt of the marinade, add 1.5 table spoon of Malai Soya Chaap Masala and rub chunks, cover the bowl and keep this bowl into refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.Now to make Malai Gravy.


Grind together dry coconut and almonds,Keep them aside.Heat 1 tbsp of oil in pan and add chopped onion.


Saute the onions till these are light pink in color and add 2 tbsp of Malai Soya Chaap Masala and ground coconut, cook it for 2-3 minutes in slow heat till coconut is slightly toasted  and fragrant.Now add morinated soya  pieces  and cook everything for 3-4 minutes on sloe heat  while stirring it contineously . Add cream/malai.Mix everything well and cook for other 4-5 minutes. Garnish with Fresh coriander leaves , slit green chillies and serve hot with phulka , paratha or rice.

NO NEED TO ADD SALT &OTHER MASALA
