Gravy Soya Chaap Masala


Descriptions and Procedure for Use:-

 

Firstly ,open Desi Treat Soya Chaap(500gm) can then cut soya chaap into 3 pieces.
Heat oil on medium flame, the put soya chaap pieces on it,and fry it till golden brown,take out the fried pieces of soya chaap into plate and keep aside.in a blender blend tomato ,ginger and chili to make a fine paste.In a seperate work heat oil the add cumin seeds, when it start crackling add onion and fry till translucent. Add tomato, ginger , green chilli paste then add turmeric powder 40gm Desi Treat Gravy Soya Chaap Masala, saute until oil starts seperating from masala.

add cream, stir contineously untill it become splatter.Saute till masala seperates simmering.Then Add 1 cup waterand stir.When it starts boiling add salt and soya chaap pieces. Cover the work and cook it for 5-8 minutes on low to medium flame. Turn off the stove and sprinkle chapped coriander leaves , then again cover  it for few minutes.It would given the gravy a very good color.


NO NEEDS TO ADD SALT & ANY OTHER MASALA
